Is there a limit before Messaging is available?

Tried to message Blue 67 and it gave me a 403 error.
Posted in the thread instead. I read the Intro and rules and saw nothing about a 10 post limit as other Forums have.

I've been getting that same message, but the messages I've been sending have been going through anyway.  Maybe ask for a response to the message to confirm receipt?  Nothing has changed in the software, so I'm not sure what is happening with this...
