New Richmond Gear RGI-5 transmission

I just looks like a smoothed up version of the TKO-600. I think they may have brought this out a little late in the game with the introduction of the Tremec TKX. It is made in the USA though, rather than Mexico.

Is their a sequential 5 or 6 speed box that is adaptable to the FE?

Very cool, thanks for posting. Have the old style Richmond/Doug Nash design 5-speed in the Mach1. I'll venture the reason why they did up a new version: no side mounted external shifter and levers. This one ala' the Tremec is much slimmer and more easily adapted to modern car tunnels.

Too bad that it appears none of these newer transmissions are available with a short (toploader length) input shaft so it would be a straight replacement for a Toploader or T10. Seems most of these manufacturers appear unaware that Ford made cars prior to FOX Mustangs.
