Same here...Slower than other sites/forums...What gives?

Horribly slow loading. In all honestly, I contribute, at least a share of my problems to Apple's update to Big Sur operating system, 12/20. I hope their next version corrects the slow upload problems.

Whatever server it's on, response times are very slow and often time out.  And I'm at a university with a 1G internet feed.  Same as the house, 1G of fiber.

Load time - 6.52 s
Requests - 22

Compare the track website I host at GoDaddy - note page size vs the simplemachines site
Performance grade - B85
Page size - 1.1 MB
Load time - 792 ms
Requests - 57
