That makes sense but you would think a company like this would get in touch with people that have outstanding orders. Ya know nobody takes pride in there work anymore.

Yes, a big blurb on the web site acknowledging issues goes a long way for helping customers.  Never mind that the "Generation Facebook" can't read.

I agree. The Microwave Generation Y & Z are used to every want and need being instantly satisfied. They throw tantrums when they don't get their way and many are still living at home with their parents at 30+ years old.  Entitlement is a very slippery slope and I am thankful I never had to lead spoiled children in adult bodies. Two generations with access to knowledge, yet the most ignorant unaware people I have ever encountered. We're done as a nation.

I'm surprised that no one buys at Ebay. In the last 5 years, when comparing Amazon to Ebay, I always found the same part cheaper on Ebay. There are some search tricks, I've found to get to the very lowest price, for the same item.

I bid on somethings and get it very cheap but, most everything I buy, is "Buy it now, with free shipping". Ebay has it's problems but, 99% of the time, you will have your seller problems, resolved in your favor and your money is secure. You won't get stuck with paying and not getting what you bought or a refund.

To me, eBay has mostly become new sales and import items.  And prices seem rather high.  On most items, a seller with a regular internet sales page will charge more on eBay because of the fees.  The fees are running off the misc part here and there sellers.  I hardly look at it anymore.
