RPM STELL CRACK

This may be a stupid question, but is there an oil galley/plug in the pilot bearing hole at the rear of an RPM STEEL CRANK? I have an oil leak showing up inside my bell housing and it looks like it is coming out of the pilot hole and oil is in it behind the pilot bearing.

There is a plug that is supposed to be in there, just a soft plug like a frost plug.  Here's a thread on it:
