Connecting Rod Side Clearance New Scat Stuff - what range should it be?

I have a new Scat crank and the connecting rod journal width is 2.005-2.007. My new Scat rods width measures .993 on 6 of them, .992 and .997 on the other two. That's about .021" for the largest side clearances. Is that in range?
Thanks!
