modulator gasket

Hey guys I have a c-6 modulator (screw in) and need the gasket is there a part number for that or do I have to buy a modulator to get it.

An Oil drain plug Gasket will work its a 1/2 hole a thin Copper one also will work fine

I have an extra, if you want it PM me your mailing address and I’ll send it to you.

If you have any transmission shops near you they probably have an extra, every gasket & seal kit comes with one, but not always needed if they are building a later transmission with the push-in modulator. C6 & C4 screw in modulators use the same gasket. It’s a thin paper gasket. Ford part number is C1AP-7B426-A.

Neat ruler, Kevin. Never seen one that was marked in 32nds and 64ths like that. We have some guys at work that desperately could use something like that..lol

you can make a gasket for those super easy with some thick paper or thin cardboard if you can't find one  . You can get those rulers in metric , Metric and American combo that has conversion charts on them along with decimal to fraction conversions too , it's nice to have an assortment
