Ha!  Same thing happened to me with the intake adapters.  I saw one go for over $1000 on ebay, before people finally figured out that they could buy them direct from me...

I heard some rumors, so just take this as that: rumors.

The guy claims he is just selling the stuff on Ebay to advertise his business.

Also I heard that he bought some high riser or tunnel port heads and an intake at spring columbus several years ago and then listed the stuff on Ebay soon after - this was discussed on the other FE forum at that time.  A well known guy from Oklahoma brought the heads to Columbus and then found the intake to match the heads there early in the meet, and then sold the set up for a reasonable price.
