Performer 390 - Not Mine

I spotted this on Minneapolis Craigslist, I'm assuming it's just what it says - a Edelbrock Performer 390 ( and not a Performer RPM ) so would be best for a stock or mild FE. Not mine and I don't know the seller, just passing it on, price seems reasonable.
