Need help identifing metering block

Hi Guys,
What is the correct metering block number for a 500 2 barrel, model 4412-1. The picture is from the one that I have, not sure if it’s right one. I found a 14 page PDF file at Holley that had a break down of part #'s, but it didn't work out for me. None of the metering block numbers came close to matching anything on mine.

I'm going to take an experienced guess that the one you have pictured belongs to a List # 1850-2 universal 600 cfm aftermarket Holley. At some point Holley started stamping the list #'s on the metering blocks. Earlier carbs generally just have the block number. Also from experience, universal carbs that have had a long life span tend to have had multiple versions ( and I.D. Numbers ) over the years, makes it hard to match them to a carb without the List number on them. That's the case with the List 4412 carb as well. I looked in the Holley Illustrated Parts & Specs manual and they only list a general metering block, not a specific block number. You did the best thing - ask here and as many other places as you can, hopefully people will come up with some block numbers, but know there are liable to be multiple correct block numbers, although possibly only one or two on a 4412 dash 1 version. I don't have a 4412 on hand right now to check, sorry. Hope you get some help.

I'm 98.5% sure the 4412 uses a 5924 metering block.

I've got two with 5925 metering blocks and two with 5924's on my list of carbs.
I'll get the date codes off them tomorrow.

The part number you would order today for a 4412 is 134-137
https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_systems/carburetor_components/metering_blocks_and_plates/parts/134-137
That is correct for that 2 barrel. I also agree that the one you have is likely an early 1850-2, Holley used to put LIST numbers on the block too, and that L18502 looks reasonable, and would likely work fine, maybe even better than a new one depending how they build the new block's main well emulsion
If RJP or someone else knows the proper PVCR and IFR sizes, it's as easy as making sure the 1850 block is the same as original and running a 73 jet unless you want originality. If the PVCR and IFR are larger than the original block would have been (which I doubt) then you'd likely end up with a little richer transition circuit and have to jet down, which wouldn't be bad on the street

My 4412 has both 5924 & 5925 stamped on the block. the 5924 is where the date code is, right below the 4412 ID is.

Thanks for the responses.
The date code is 0190.
I bought it new years ago for a F250 with a 360 and a 4 speed. I never did get it to run right and swapped over to a different carb. I didn’t have the resources (all of yall) or the knowledge to make it right. Someone had told me to try a different metering block and I did, but apparently never traded back. I will have to dig through the garage and see if I held on to it.

Bob, Thanks for the date codes.
Will you be doing a calendar for 2016?
