I posed this question on the other forum also. How is something eradicated as stated? Would this not actually neutralize or change the chemical make-up to something else?
 I was a power plant operator for 34 yrs. The plant I worked at had catalytic reduction systems for NOx control. I'm highly suspicious when a claim is made to "eradicate all exhaust fumes".  It also mentions vaguely that CO2 is eliminated or reduced.  The "fumes" have to be converted to something; and the author doesn't address that.   I also noticed that at least half of the text is advertising for the 3 companies involved in this so-called discovery.

People uneducated on the subject.  Terminology in correct.  While it is possible to filter out particles if an exhaust stream, or reduce or elimate sulfer by cleaning up the fuel source,

the byproducts of combustion are just that, byproducts.

Transforming NOx or CO in to NO2 and CO2 just make the constituents safer.

TO eliminate CO2, we have to turn off all combustion, stop people and cows from farting and breathing.

Sure over time we can change the balance, but we can not make this country be zero emissions while poor China is choking on air pollution to feed us cheep junk. China has PM 2.5 index of 1400 over the weekend.  That is 50 times the safe level!
