The Ford shop manual for Mustangs, Torino's, etc will have the info at the end of the C6 section. It will also have the info for the I.D. markings, can use to verify an original converter. I don't have a '69 or '70 shop manual myself. My '68 shop manual is a early one, no CJ info. 427 Cougar with C6 shows 1750-1950 rpm. If I recall correctly highest stall on any stock Ford C6 back in the muscle car era was the 351 4V Clevelands.
