Magnetic base drills

  Hey folks, I’m in the market for a portable magnetic base drill.  So $300 on Amazon, the skies the limit on the top end. I’m wondering if anyone has a recommendation, I’d kinda like to keep this in the 1k range.   It’s not something that will be used real often, but I don’t want bottom shelf just to save money. Thanks in advance.

I’ve got a Milwaukee that I bought used , kinda smaller one, used it a few times and no complaints at all.    I’ve bought a vevor off of amazon to use as a sacrificial one for more abusive jobs but I haven’t used it yet.  The vevor was recommended by others on another web site as to be decent.   It was under $200.  They can be an amazing tool when space allows it to be used

      If your not in a rush, and don't mind the idea that you might be promoting the theft practices that seem to often be the basis in the "motus-operandi" of Pawn Shops, then there is where one can probably find a pretty good deal on a truly "commercial" example (as "lifted" from the job-site!  ).
