3d printed a mini 427 block

I'm relatively  new to the 3D printing world,   and was searching around for cool things to print.   Found a 427 engine block file.    Came out pretty cool.    I was surprised by the detail.    Any other  3d guys out there ?

 I saw those when browsing the web awhile back. I looked at them a couple of times and said what the @#$ and bought 2 of them. I gotta admit they are neat very good detail. They are a  close copy of the very early FE and a late aftermarket block. And yes good detail.

wow, that looks very nice, I just recently bought a 3D printer myself, a few weeks ago. Been testing it out printing some functional parts (just prototyping at this stage, learning the ropes ) using Carbon Fiber nylon mix. Parts are coming out pretty good, way better than I thought they would.

What printer and filament did you use?

Im using an Ender  3 pro,   this filament was just some  PLA  i bought.  I haven't tried  ABS, or any other types of filament yet.   I am also learning  Fusion 360  to make some of my own stuff.  Definitely a learning curve.   Lots of great tutorials on you tube.   What printer are you using  ?

I bought an ender 3 V2, Not as fancy as the pro. By the time I was finished buying all the extras to go with it to print the carbon fiber nylon, Hardened nozzles, filament dryer and a roll of the Filament, I had spent about $500  . Pretty impressed with it so far, I haven't really even tuned it yet and it just works. There is room for improvement, but for now, just prototyping and getting used to it.
