Heating Issues With Half Filled Blocks ?

Half filled with hard rock, on the street, over heating Issues?

You may see increased oil temperatures.  I generally advise customers to run an oil cooler.

You might even see lower coolant temps but the oil will certainly get hotter. What Brent said about an Oil Cooler and even an oil temp gauge would be wise.

Echo - haven't personally done it but the typical word and consensus from those that are running same is cooling system - no problem if it was up to snuff in the first place, add an oil cooler.
