Trw 2291 with Trick Flow heads

I have 390 built years ago with TRW 2291’s ...has anyone installed TFS heads on a 390 with these? Did you have good valve clearance? What were specs on cam. TIA

Have no answer but think the valve reliefs would need to be enlarged for the intake valves

. ex. valves perhaps as well

I would be very surprised if there was radial clearance, especially on one bank. 2291s tend to be a bit tighter on one side
