That transmission crossmember looks to be either the FMX version, or the small block C6 version. It’s not the ‘67-‘70 FE C6 version. Just a FYI for people looking. West Coast Classic Cougar used to have a nice picture comparing all 3 together to see the difference, but I can’t find it on their website right now. They do have pictures of the different crossmembers individually though.

The most obvious difference is the “c channel” on a big block crossmember traverses all the way across one side to the other. You can see in the picture At the top it stops abruptly.
