Can I patent the best ab exercise in the world.

You must have large kidney stones 1st.
Then go have a stent put in to releive back pressure.
I gurantee every time you go, cough or laugh your abs will cramp so hard you will have a 8 pack stomach in 3 days.

I'm gonna be rich.

Sounds like you've been through the wringer.  Ouch!  Best wishes.

Another great way to clench your abs is to break your upper and lower jaw, then have them wired together.  Sooner or later, you're going to have to sneeze.  :o

There will be plenty of time to think about it and try to stop it.  Meanwhile you're tensing up and sweating!
A careful study of failure will yield the ingredients for success.

I had 4 bouts of kidney stones, between '15 & '17. I had a 20mm on the right side and a 8mm on the left. I didn't get a stent, they blasted them. The 20mm, they had to blast twice.

My big deal was the catheter, doubled back over itself and would come out. For that, they gave me meds and waited about 25 minutes, then just jerked it out!!

They say that kidney stones are the closest men can come to the pain of child birth for women so, now I tell women that bring it up, that I've had the equivalent of 4 kids :)

My wife had a 1.2cm removed last Friday, still on the mend. In no uncertain terms said she would rather give birth again rather than go through the survey and recovery.
