Houston/Galveston area BUC-EE'S gas stations sells ethanol free gas ??

I have had several folks allow BUC-EE's gas stations sell ethanol free gas

They were in counties only and not in any city limit

Have called more than a few and the employees have no clue as to what I am asking them

Any know before I start driving around to see personally ??

May not be of help, but if your have Murphy gas stations, their premium is supposed to be E-Free.
Get some and do a water test......easy to check before a complete fill up.

I'd be a little surprised being anywhere close to one of our EPA non-attainment areas.  Personally, chasing "ethanol free" gas is IMHO a waste of time.  Pump fuel of any sort is not readily storable.  And I have no issues with any of it in my equipment.  We're a long way here from any EPA area and you can't find any ethanol free anyway.  And not driving to Cross Plains, Brownwood or San Angelo to fetch it. 

Most Buc-ees stations are huge, so I could see them having a couple of pumps set aside for oddball stuff.  Not here, no mondo stations like Racetrac, etc.

FYI for those not familiar with "Buc-ees"

I've switched to looking for those who offer E-85. When things get serious, I plan to have a tune for pump E-85, another tune for race E-85 and the yet another for methanol. The degree of boost will be set accordingly. There will always be a cell for methanol for when the spray is activated. Boost = spray as a chemical intercooler.

No E-85 here either unless you buy a drum of Sunoco or VP.

Most Cenex stations premium (92 or 94 depending on regon) is ethanol free.

I let the 600 Holley on the 352 in my 65 F100 sit over 2 months twice in 3 years

Had to soak it, run wire through all the orifices, and rebuild it cause the pump needle gunked up

The bowls/jets were full on gunk.. I drained the fuel tank as well... ran like crap after carb rebuild

Fuel smelled like a Bramah's hiney

Thought I would try ethanol fuel and see if there is a difference

Firing the mill up at least 3 times a month and getting it to 160 degrees is what I normally do

About a year ago I saw Ethanol free gas at the Bucc-ee's in Katy. I haven't stopped through there in a while to know if its something they still offer.

Buc Cees in Waller Tx sells ethanol free gasoline.  Expect to pay about $1/gallon more than gas with Ethanol added
