Not making an endorsement for Eagle rods, but that's what I've had in my 427 for around 20 years now. 2 Drag Weeks, multiple FE Reunion races, lots of trips down the track and thousands of street miles with no issues (knock on wood). With a Shelby block and billet crank, I think I would have gone with something a bit better though.
