410 FE....435HP & 474ftlbs
« on: April 01, 2020, 03:27:12 PM »
Newbie here. If anyone feels this is not the right place or forum just let me know. Comments welcome.

410 FE Engine needs a new home so someone can use it and enjoy it.

COMPLETE DUAL CARBS TO OIL PAN
Completely rebuild and assembled by professional shop. Have receipts for machining and assembly
Dyno time only. Never put in car. 435 HP and 474 torque. I have each run report
Cast iron block (C6ME-A) & heads (C4AE 6090G) with roller rockers.
Ford intake C3AE-9425-J
Original era correct Holley Carbs; C3AE-9510-B & C3AE-9510-C
Ed Pink valve cover with offenhauser breathers
Includes new Centerforce flywheel and correct balancer. Highly Important for externally balanced set-up.

Located in Saint Paul. Would prefer pick-up but can crate for shipping if needed. I'm sure someone has a need for this. I'm willing to let it go for less to the right person that will actually use it and enjoy it.

Many, many, many other parts. Will not part out. Well over $15K spent on parts and machining alone. If anyone is serious, lets talk.

While you listed how much money you have in the engine, you did not list a selling price for it. Is the $15k your asking price?

Good point.  $11,500 is my asking price, but very much open to discuss.  It does no good just sitting in the shop.  I would much rather see this go to someone that will use it.

Not to nitpik, but those are not factory carbs.

Otherwise, cool engine, fair price. Good luck with the sale.

My bad.  Not my intention to mis lead on the carbs. They are not 60s vintage but were bought to match style and original setup to fit the build.
