Ring selection, cast iron or moly ? What's best ?

From what I've read the cast iron rings will seat faster but the moly rings will last longer.

If I am doing just a freshening up with a hand hone job & reusing the pistons I would use cast. If you are using new modern pistons with a bore & hone, use moly.
