I hate it when you can't get cams dialed in just right.  >:( I've had this happen a couple of times. Maybe try this Heo.....

Thanks for the tip, I did that on Volvo's in the old days when they had geardriven
camshaft. I have ordered a Ford Racing  timing set that have 8 degres adv -retard
on the crank and 4 adv-retard on the cam so that will do it. But To be able to drive it
this summer, End of August the summer is pretty much over here I install it with
what i have at 103 if i have piston to valve clearance or 110 if not
Maybe i Have some Volvo offset key left somewhere....... i try to find it tomorrow

I don't understand why you have to wait so long on a timing set?????

First i live in Sweden no one have any quality fe parts
on the shelf. So i have to order it from USA, If no one
screws  up its in Sweden in about 4-5 days.If its sent
by USPS then the Customs get it and they like my
parts so much they want to keep them for at least a week ::)
sometimes two weeks.Sometimes they steal it.if there is
a catalog or some stickers in the shipment they are always
stolen
 Then the mailfunctioning mailservice get
it and trie to send it to me. If I'm lucky they can do it
in a week. its 1000 miles from the customs to me ::)
When i ordered the intake adapter from Jay.  Minnesota
to Swedish customs 3 days Customs to me 21 days
If its sent by DHL or UPS i have had it in 5 days
They clear it with the customs and ship it to me
the same day or day after it arrive in Sweden
