Strange it seemed to me like the author avoided mentioning Barrett Jackson like the plague......
 Then he discusses the importance of thorough documentation, provenance etc... but then the engine bay pictured of the "1964 Shelby 289 Cobra offered by Rm Sotheby's in Monterey" shows polished metal and blue-silicone radiator hoses, a hideous K&N filter, braided SS lines with red/blue anodized cplg's etc..... does that stuff scream Kit-Car to anyone?...
   Regardless the number$ and percentages are interesting

Ya, the author was clearly avoiding the BJ auction house. And the author focused way too much on the Cobra in the article itself. But hey, it's Bloomberg. I wouldn't ask Wall Street to appraise my car or give me advice on how to sell it. The author is as knowledgeable about cars as a sales brochure, but I'm not surprised either. It's a female, she may be interested in cars but I'd be surprised if she's ever changed a tire.

Instead of focusing on Kirkham, the premier replica company for all things Cobra, or even a Shelby continuation car, she focuses on SPF. One of the most trumped-up replicas out there and not worth their asking price. She's a fluff-piece author at worst, wanna-be automotive journalist at best.

I know I'm ripping into her like a bag of Doritos, but I wouldn't put much value into anything she says.

She writes in the same style as every other blogger.
Hook you with a pic and a couple of up beat fluff paragraphs to fill up the screen.
Then she sends it out to all her feeds and tries to get as many hits as possible
to get the next blurb to pay the rent. An on it goes.
The rest is just advertising. Go ahead click on it, she want's you to. She needs the hits.
