Cammers at '67 Tulsa World Finals
« on: July 31, 2015, 06:18:23 PM »
I spotted this on the Ford FE Facebook page, but I know not everyone wants to be on Facebook. This 5 minute video from YouTube is part 2, leads off with 3 Cammer dragsters. Try to ignore the scrub & mopar stock and super stockers ( oh well, something for Hemi Joel I guess  ;) )

Very cool vid. Had not seen this one before and it's nice to actually hear the SOHC's under power. I do wonder why Don Garlits was acting as the color commentator and not driving. Injured maybe?

Can't really see the side of the Fairlane running against Jenkins so who knows?

Anyone seen this one from '69? It is all Ford with at least one or two cammers.

The Fairlane next to Jenkins in the first video looks like the Paul Harvey Ford '67 here driven by Hubert Platt.
