question on spark plugs

I`m interested in what everyone is using for plugs in their FEs. I`m partial to motorcrafts myself and am finding them harder to get around here, What luck have you had with different brands?

I have to tell you, I run anything and have run everything, and never saw a difference in a well tuned motor.

The ONLY plug that misbehaved was in a Chevy Rat in a 1 ton truck, the truck had a choke problem and if the AC plugs got wet, they were DONE.  No cleaning, no WOT to clear it out, they just died, even with an HEI behind it.  That was a broken truck and not and FE though, but I just don't use AC in anything anymore.

My Mustang has Champions, the truck has Autolites, and I'd put anything in either assuming I could determine the heat range, except AC Delco

I run NOS Autolite BF-32s in my iron heads, NGK in our racecar, Motorcraft in our daily drivers. We've had no luck with newer Autolites in anything. Jmo.

You might want to remind us about the particulars of your car, but here's my info - I used to run Motorcraft BF-32's on my iron headed 428 in the bracket car, but quite a few years ago Ford discontinued them, which is weird since they still make the colder yet BF-22. I'm sure there's some corporate logic behind the move. I run Champion RF9YC's now, which is the equivalent heat range to the BF-32. The RF9YC's are NOT usually an off the shelf item, you might have to special order them. I get mine from NAPA. I know a lot of people don't like the Champions, but I've never had a problem and have never seen a performance difference. In a pinch I've run the Motorcraft BF-42's and not had an issue. Years ago in my previous race car with a 427 I ran Motorcraft BF-22's. If you want a cold plug Motorcraft BF-22's are still available from Ford but you would need to special order them.

I've been using the autolite ar 32 or 33 with good luck. Copper plug with cut back electrode.

I've been using Autolite AR-3923 plugs for any 14mm plug applications for many years, with no issues.

The motor is a 66/67 427 stock bore, 10: to 1 compression domed pistons with the 427 "B" cam , steel crank and lemans rods. 2x4 intake and BJ_BK carbs and Mallory unilite dist. It runs fine but late lastyr it has a miss which I determined was plugs, Swapped out the motorcrafts for some autolites and the plugs kept loosing up on 3 clyinders. Went back to the old motorcrafts  and was good till this spring when it flooded out on startup. I know it needs new plugs so I figured I`ll put motorcrafts back in, as I`ve had the best luck with them. I found out Auto Zone carries them so I`ll get a couple of sets today.
