I'll double down on ScotiaFE';s numbers, measured the Galaxie hood and came out close to the same. Leave out the nose and base diameter is around 29", at the highest point around 21". The 29" number includes the radius to blend to the hood. This is a soft blend, around an inch and a quarter to get to the hood plane. The top diameter given does not include the transition to the sides, only the "flat" surface. A similar "soft" radius to send you down is all you need. Oval screens measure 4" in height laid down and about 12" width each with about 1-3/4 solid material in between. Everything will work based upon the starting diameters of about 21 and 29 with plenty of material left on the 29" base for blending. 'course, this isn't a factory hood but it does look "right".
Rough measurements I know, but basic stuff if it gets you going. Height of 4"is maintained throughout the initial diameter and then laid down to the nose. It should be interesting to compare these numbers to an actual drawing, someone's gotta have one......
