Can anyone tell me if...
« on: July 08, 2024, 08:58:28 PM »
...FE hydraulic roller lifters will fit/work in a SBF Windsor engine?
I know this may seem a little odd, but I have a set of Morel #5325 lifters that didn't get used in a 455 build. They have the provisions to oil up through the pushrods, which the Windsors need. My brother is building a 363 sbf engine and asked if the Morel's would work in it, and I couldn't answer that. Any thoughts? - Thanks!

You could Call Morel.

But I, believe the lifter spacing is different, so the tye bars are different lengths, so I would say they won't work.

No go.

But you can send them back and have the link bars changed.
