I'm having a hard time finding the correct replacement u-joints for a C6-equipped '69 Mustang. 
I'm seeing C3AZ-4635-G and C3AZ-4635-H as the part numbers, but everything indicates they are the same size...

I'm seeing some sources list 1330, and others 1310-1330.  Does anyone know what is actually correct for this car, and any recommendations on brand?

The factory shaft should have a 1330 in the front and a 1330BC in the rear, the rear has larger caps that fit in the yoke.  If your car has been modified in the past or had stuff swapped out it would be a good idea to measure them. A 1330 is 3-5/8 across, the caps will be 1-1/16 in the shaft and the caps that fit the yoke will be 1-1/8.

All the Mustang(Cougar) Big Block / 9" applications will be the 1330 BC (Big Cap) type. 1310 sizes are used on the small block 8" differential powertrains.

1330 and 1330BC makes sense.  I'm measuring 1.0625 x4 on the front and 1.0625x2 | 1.125x2 on the rear.  I can only seem to find the 1330 on Summit though, which is somewhat weird.  The rear yoke variant is escaping me... 

I was also an idiot and did not mark the slip yoke to the driveshaft when it was removed back 2 years ago.  All 4 trunnion bores on the driveshaft measure identically.
