Yup,  the UBR stock is nice since it's solid and the PRS is good for bench work.  They're coming out with a cheaper PRS Lite soon.  Reloading and guns are a great hobby for an old retired fart like me.  Keeps me busy. I'm too damn old to be crawling around under cars wrestling with a trans or center section.  LOL. The best part though is I can go to the nearby range and get my testing done in under an hour and head home unlike going to the track and wasting a whole day waiting for hours in-between passes.  But it seems like you can spend just as much on gun stuff as you can on cars.   :)

This was kinda amusing.  I was shooting a target at 50 yards with a .22 and had to stop to chase a deer away.  You can see the deer near the target:

This is 1727 Annie .22  that uses a Fortner straight pull action like the ones they use in the biathlon competitions.

I like target rifles and ARs.

My .223 target gun shoots pretty well.  5 shot groups at 100 yards:

5 shot groups at 100 yards with my 6BR:

I'm retired from cars and FEs.  Too much damn work for an old fart.  Reloading and shooting is more my speed now.

I had kind of the same problem.  Couldn't use the REFs due to the road race oil pan so gave them away.  Went to the FPA tri-y headers.  They are a cork compared to the REFs but they worked OK.  Car ran quicker than I expected even though the mufflers.  Oh, and the engine probably makes around 500-550 horsepower.

The template with the holes 1/8" back are for the '65-'66 Mustangs and the other one is for '67 and up.

Like Jay said, hook up a pan vac system.  You just need to get a breather cap on each side that you can hook up a heater hose to and attach it to a fitting that comes with the pan evac kit that you weld to the exhaust on each side.  The instructions tell you to weld it to the header collector but I found that it doesn't really matter and you can weld to to a convenient spot on your exhaust pipe.  I think you need to have straight through type muffler for the system to work well.  Mine works great and has quite a bit of vacuum.

Use the breather caps that are tall and not the short ones like these in the photo below.  Under hard acceleration, the right side can suck oil.

This one was prepped for stock class.  Sure was a big waste of time and money.  Too bad you're far away.  Don't have a box to ship it and it's a long way to FedEx or UPS from here.

To use the high back buckets you'll probably have to do like the seat on Don Keen's '69 stocker:

Like others have stated, it's probably best to just store your original seats and use aftermarket seats with the brace.  The brace I have just bolts onto the cross brace and was really easy to install and adjust.

Oh, and if you can fit in the Kirkey skinny seats (15" wide) and use their mounting brackets, the seat adjusters off the original seats can be used and will fit in the original holes in the floor.  You just have to drill the holes in the mounting brackets to bolt the adjusters on.
