What crank is in it? First guess would be someone upgraded to a 410 rotating assembly at some point.

Greg not sure of your plans, but I have a practically new (10 passes) Strange Pro N case with 4.30 gears and a 31 spline spool that could save you some $.

Great picture George!

I'm like Doug, that ice racing is alot like our dirt track racing. Although I wouldn't want to be following another car long after seeing those tires  :o

Should be a beast. Was wondering mostly on the transmission, we don't have many choices for upgrading for these old 4x4's.

I know it is a pain but I would pull the pan and check the bearings. Too expensive to chance it and then the whole motor has to come out and apart.

And this warning also includes just reading of the label on the box, with the 'assumption' that the springs within are equivalent!   ;)

     Scott.

Good advice Scott. But if you are referring to my post of the box being labeled, then I'll give you some advice. You should quit assuming the rest of us are clueless.

I actually measured those springs.  ;)  ;)
