coolspring museum should be on every motor head,s bucket list. There are tons and tons of primitive steam and hit & miss engines. A few times a year they have a gathering and run them all. You can visit it anytime though and just leave a donation in a box. be prepared to spend the better part of the day .Close to I80 exit 78 in Brookville PA.

first thing I'd do is rotate the drive shaft 180* on the rear yoke. If you want to check the DS balance you can put a hose clamp around the drive shaft and rotate it 45* at a time and see if it changes things. try it at the rear joint and if no joy, try the front joint.  As Scott said, you're spining the shaft faster and harmonics are a bitch.

the 59 fords came with the transporter. I played with the cars but never the transporter because you couldn't separate it from the cab. The colored glass insulators are telephone and telegraph, some going back to the late 1800s. The solid ones are porcelain and used for electrical power.

everybody said that about intakes 20 years ago but try and find an OEM that isn't. Time will tell.

ET is subjective to traction so there is no way to calculate it. most calculators use hp and weight and perfect traction (no wheel spin) for results which has no bearing on gear ratios.
