I have his band and drums that are rollerized but I didn't want the low gear E4OD planet in my application back when I did my C6, I'll probably go light weight drum for the C6 this time around and skip the C4 for now when I convert back from manual 4 speed

I've had my eye out for a used performance built C4 on Ohio drag race parts FB group but to switch from C6 is costly even with used and that's rebuilding it myself, my C6 broke a band and I've been thinking about going back to automatic from the 4 speed so I might try a light weight drum and sun shell first on the C6 before I go C4 as it knocks almost 8 pounds off of the rotational weight and might bridge some gap between C6 and C4

they should change the wording to .... Power adder = Diaper , my brothers Maverick 347 he had a upholstery guy look at the diaper and he made some modifications to make it work easily... You don't see many NHRA SS's using the diaper based on the "wheelie view" photo's and the old Mopars have the steering linkage going through the oil pan making it impossible for a diaper to function correctly

They do a lot of work for other machine shops too , our local shop had the crank ground and assembly balanced at Ohio Crakshaft for us on a brand X and our new Snap On Tool distributor worked there for 10 years and says it's a good place that's quality driven , I would say you'll be fine

I'm not for or against , the article said stronger and lighter than any other rocker system so I'm sure if rules allow someone will start playing with them at some point

The big difference is that these have already been tested for strength so that part is a done deal , out in the field testing is next I assume

drive gear (main shaft) 1 tooth is 10 mph
driven gear 1 tooth is 2 mph

depending what driven you have and how far off you are will determine if you can correct the speedo without a transmission tear down

That ported iron head is impressive too, darn good numbers for a factory head especially the exhaust . Good numbers on the Bamber head it will be nice to see the finished product.

What combustion chamber size are you shooting for on the new TP ?
