Belzona 1111, If you know anyone who works at a petrochemical plant they may have access to a small amount you need instead purchasing minimal amount.
Or Belzona 1511 if you think higher temp product is needed

Two cycle engnes have been using them forever. We would leave them in a horshoe "up" or "down" position. I've never seen an issue with them.

I saw large flywheel have to get heated on the "outside perimeter" due to the fact it was keeping the "shaft hub area" from growing no matter how much heat was put on it???

I purchased a Lorex NVR system 2yrs ago for my residence. I selected it so I only had to run one cat5 cable for each camera and it uses their top cameras. Pretty impressive system, it automatically rewrites over the oldest recordings. I had to relocate the cameras farther out on the eaves , to the edge, because the soffit would refract light. I don't upload anything to the cloud just let it rewrite.

I looked several years ago for the same thing and the issue I had was finding one to fit the USB-C port on our Motorola Z phone. I am sure they are available now but have not purchased one yet. There are lots to chose from on Amazon. Be aware of camera diameter, number of lights, cable length and flexibility. Also look at IR attachments. We used a Flir that went into a Apple phone at work that was incredible....but it was a FLIR I'm sure it was $$$.

Teflon tape...about three wraps. Be careful when tightening the fitting because the teflon is "slick" and the fitting can be over tightened very easily.

My vote would be look on SearchTempest/Craigslist locally (shipping) for a used Miller XMT 304 or an ESAB 260 both are multipurpose machines. Stick,Mig,Tig. You could use a older style Tig rig with a gas valve on the handle eliminating the need for additional electronics. I think the Miller would slightly cheaper if you find one. Take your time looking because prices will vary, I have seen junk for $2500 and deals for $1000.....If you find one make sure it works!!! some have been abused, some babied. Bring leads, rods 1/8 and as large as you have, weld with it until the cooling fan comes on (may take awhile with low amperage) power cord 8/3 (temp hookup to 240v) read instructions on inside of how to wire it up because these machines are 2 phase and 3 phase compatible. Tig would be stainless and carbon DCv, aluminum would need ACv
Lots of good information on Weldingweb, register to post and sell, very good site. Similar as here, not alot of drama...Will get lots of ideas and info, but remember sometimes you may ask the "which oil is the best" "Republican/Democrat" "Ford/Chevy" question, so you will get a lot of different opinions.
Additionally....you can pick up by hand a XMT304.....In the end you could have an assortment of welding options that just plug into the main machine.

Best dogs I ever had we're free, found or just wandered up... I have paid for just a few and it seems like they allways die within a few years. Current dog was free, a Catahoula and black lab mix, got her from a local town on Rein's Rd., Therefore her name is Reiny. Currently she is about 11 yrs....I know how you feel, I have seen alot of good ones go.
