Well finally got to the point that we could test the car to see if everything was working correctly together. A Monumental moment after 32 years. A few years of work a lot of years of sitting around. When I first put the chassis kit together from Chris Aliston, it was set up for a 385 series. But after meeting Jim Dove and quite a few years later ended up with and SOHC motor in the car. 4R70W trans, Strange rear. Got to strip it back down now for body work and paint so there's a long ways to go. I wanted to cry driving the car around a little bit for the first time after all these years, but I was too scared at the time. . Fortunately everything worked well motor stayed cool, trans felt good, and the brakes were good!

Did get the custom made radiator in finally. Got to try to keep that sohc cool.

Very nice gonna be a beast when she is done. What do you expect it to weight. Who makes the electric P/S.

not sure on the weight will have to check, just a street car not planning to race it. Flaming river electric steering unit.
