I probably would have never bought them. My 64 galaxie came with 17 inch torque thrust II`s. 215 /55 `s on the front and 255/55`s on the back. I think it looks nice and probably would not go back to smaller wheels

I upgraded my 64 galaxie with power drum brakes to a dual master cylinder.  I purchased a dual master cylinder for a 67 Galaxie with power drum brakes. Bolted it on and it works fine. I had to modify the lines but everything else stayed the same.

FE Technical Forum / Fuel line ?

Newbie car guy here. I have a 64 galaxie with a 390 in it.  I`m getting ready to install a tri power. I was wondering what you guys would recommend for a pump to carb fuel line? I see that there are 2 piece pre made lines available. I assume they have a fuel canister in between them? Is the canister a filter? Should I have a filter after the pump? Aluminum, steel. Stainless Steel, braided? I just installed FPA ceramic headers that should help some with fuel problems caused by heat. Sorry for all the questions. Any advice would be appreciated.

I`ve been looking at the HP Trends Tri Power  for my 64  Galaxie for awhile.  It`s going on my 390. Anybody have any experience with HP Trends? I am really wanting to order one tomorrow. Any thoughts? Thanks, Alan

My neighbor just started restoring his 70 Mach1 428 CJ car. The valve covers are  finned aluminum. They almost look like they have been painted aluminum color at some time though. He was wondering what would be correct as he is keeping the car as original as possible. He doesn`t do computers.
