not that I can afford it , but what price range would this combo be in ? how many different length push rod did you have ?
-
Brent is that a solid roller with hydraulic roller lifters?. I think a while back you were talking about this setup. If its not a typo what are the advantages, and can you use your rockers on this with the right size pushrods. Nice though.

Nice solid combo!

With the ported heads, aftermarket block, Aviaid pan, etc., this was a ~$22-23k engine build.
Two lengths of pushrods.

It is a typo, thanks for catching it, I'll get it fixed. When I copied and pasted another build, I forgot to change it.
It's a hydraulic roller cam with hydraulic roller lifters.

Very nice build should run a long time with out any issues.

thanks , Brent , nice build and nice to deal with someone that is a straight shooter .

Love the build. I am freshening up my 452FE. I have a 8 stack ITB fuel injection setup that I made myself. I have a soft spot in the torque curve between 1100 rpm and 1600 rpm, so I am switching the cam from a Street Roller 248/256 on a 110 LCA to a SR 240/246 on a 114. Both cams were +4. Please tell me why do you have the 496 cam installed +8?
