Title: Spark plug wires: 50 ohms vs. 350 ohms
Post by: 338Raptor on March 29, 2020, 10:02:38 PM
Are there any disadvantages of using a 50 ohm/ft spark plug wire instead of a 350 ohm/ft wire?  Is there a different ignition box required? Do spark plugs erode faster?

My application is Street/Strip, 11.5 compression on pump gas,  Cammer with Hilborn IR EFI so the injector wires will be relatively close to the spark plug wires.

Very good info.  I’ll go with them for my next set of wires.

Looks like a nice wire from an American company that isn't to shrouded in BS. But $223.50 for their KV85 wires for an FE is outrageous. I don't mind a little more for made in USA but holy smokes. Surely that is an inflated number for sales purposes.
