I've been collecting pieces for a while to do this.....I've wanted to do a "max effort" 352 all my life. Here's what I have on my mind, and about half of it ordered, or on the floor now.
* Sleeved down "worn out" 427 block
* Scat forged 3.5 stroke forged crank
* Crower 6.590 length billet rods Honda 1.888 journal
* CP pistons with domes to fit Pro Port chamber
* "Race" version BP Pro Ports 2.200/1.600 valves
* 52cc combustion chambers
* 14.5 static compression
* Steel bushed T&D
* .937 Crower Enduramax bushed lifters
* .900 lift, 60 mm Comp Eliminator profile camshaft
* Danny Bee belt drive
* Worked BBM tunnel wedge
* Two 1030 cfm 4150 carbs
Planning for 10,000+ rpm. I am building this for my own toy, but if one of the Gasser guys wants it, I will probably sell it. It's just something I have always wanted to do, so I think over the next six months we are going to try to work it in. The goal is 2.3 to 2.5 hp per cube. Stay tuned.......

Sounds soooooper koooool!
This will likely put all the hi-tech European small displacement engines to shame. I can't wait to hear more.

I giggled with excitement when I saw this. I love an all out build, but a
10,000 rpm 352 FE, is over the top cool! Can’t wait to see more on this one!

Holy crap that sounds cool!!
You've got to find a way to get blue valve covers and a blue air cleaner with the little "352" sticker to work on that beast :)

I always wanted to use the 3.32 crank in a 428 block - you still get around 352 cubic inches and the valves can be bigger because to the larger bore.

Sounds like an interesting project! Can you fit 2.20 / 1.60 valves in a 352 bore?

The intake valve is fine in 352 overbores. The 1.600 is about the limit on small bores. At 4.060, the 1.650 will fit, but it is really close. My testing has shown the smaller valve to flow better than the big valve slammed against the cylinder wall.

Humm. Now what class could I run that in ? NSS ? A SM class

I hope we get to see some internals! I have a buddy who runs a 10K RPM 273 inch Mopar (big bore short stroke) and I can tell you, he'd say a 3.5 stroke crank is a monster at that RPM. He uses incredible parts ($$$) and a ton of airflow to make power up there with 273 inches, 352 is a "whole nuther" level

Are you using the iron C0AE-D heads? At 52 cc you confirming my thoughts on the small chamber heads on a small cube short stroke spinner. I have wanted to do a 352 for a long time myself. Cheaper to live vicariously through your shop.

Just gathering pieces. Lots of customer work in front of it. Rods and crank both take a loooonnngg time to get. Going to do it though.
