just like it says.  Speed-Pro/TRW part number L2291F60.  These look to have been sitting in a garage or basement for a long time.  Visible rust on pins and they do not push out by hand.  You could most likely use them by cleaning/soaking/polishing/loving on the pins and then working them free.  Just not something we have the time to mess with here.  Take your shot and get forged pistons on the cheap.

New these are $350ish at the big box stores
