Title: Lazy rpm rise

What would be a factor for a carb being lazy in raising rpm's.

You have to give us more info. about engine, carb and so on.   is the engine bluddering, stumbling, surging, ore is it clean running just lazy.
1 throttle plates not opening properly
2 Ignition timing of, Ignition advance weights stuck in distributor
