Love the video, instead of the typical blur it could double as a track inspection run.  Yours is likely the world's fastest "stock" '78 Mark and the only one that has a glove box full of time slips, should increase the value significantly :D.  In truth, you're showing the timid how to have fun.  Open the garage door, meet the minimum requirements and go have fun

In my early college years I'd do the NY to Fla trip in my 67 390 Mustang. My final years I swapped my Mustang for Uncle's 351C 71 LTD I bought off him. The 1,100+ mile ride was pretty much a pour myself out of the Mustang exhausted and hitting a motel to sleep. The first year in the LTD I noticed no exhaustion and I believe I was pretty much pulling the car off into a reat area, cracking the windows and snoozing in a rest area until I'd wake from a nap and finish the drive.
Amazing the difference physically driving a "cushion" vs a rumbling muscle car.

Bill Warner (head honcho Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance) told me about renting a brand new Lincoln Town Car and driving it in the first One-Lap Of America and handing it back to a freaked out Hertz with about 10,000+ miles added to the odometer in less than a week.
