I have learnt at lot of new truts the last days
For example. A man my father knew through the classic carhobby sleept at our place
for a few days in the 70s. He was looking at some car he was interested in
but no buy. One night he raced with me on my märklin racetrac and one of
the controls was acting up so he tried to fix it. and a spring flew away.
A few weeks later he sent me a new controll with the mail and some MAD books
With spie againt spy if you remember them? Any way i learnt a few day ago that
the man was a SÄPO agent, kind of our CIA everything was an undercover operations
To catch a spy and interogate him and that man was the interrogator........was it a hint
to send me those spy against spy boooks ??? :D
-
Spy VS Spy were my favorite MAD characters. That magazine was the best!
And no, I don't think it was a coincidence that he sent you those. Just like us car guys would likely send a kid some CARtoons magazines. Wait ???, no, THAT magazine was the best! 8)

I used to love those!! My second grade teacher called me "Cloud 9" because I was always daydreaming about spy craft...

I enjoyed MAD and Spy vs Spy specifically. 8)

I still have those books somewhere here. My oldest son read them as a kid and
loved them. It was a third book also with Don Martin, and soundeffects.
I remember Foooiiinsapp was the sound when you slaped someone in the face with a saw. ;D ;D ;D
I remember there was a lot in the news about that spy they catched.
Little did we know that we had the knuckle busting, nailpulling, interrogator
as a house guest :o ;D ;D ;D

I too remember Spy vs. Spy!
I still have my whole collection of comic books from growing up. I was never one to throw those away and still have them packed away.
The real question does anyone remember "Autobuff"? Hmmm? It was a lowbuck cars with topless girls. Wasn't around for long, but I still have a few copies of them along with some random other car magazines I've kept for reminiscing of the 80's.
-
I remember Autobuff, but I wasn't old enough to buy them at the time. I was old enough to buy, IIRC, "World Of Wheels", which had really cool cars from the national auto show circuit, along with some well proportioned girls that kept the hoods from popping up. Best thing about that mag was that it was nothing but pictures. No ads or articles, it was all about the gir....I mean cars.
-
Seem to think I might have one of those stashed away too! I do remember the magazine.
-
Autobuff was the greatest ;D ;D A lot of them are still available on ebay. Maybe I'll buy one for you, Doug :o

LOL, as long as my parents don't find out. Not to worry though, I always have my Dads 1960's Playboys stash.

We had no such thing as autobuff, just one car mag with hotrods and American cars worth the name.
And lot of full on hardcore porn mags. I found some Piff ,Paff, Raff, from mid 50s in an antique store.
on one of me and my wifes tripps around the country
So i bought them, in these days they where not that hardcore just busty ladies in corsets and stockings in B&W.
A few bare tits that had escaped the bullet bras ;D and stories that left you imagine the ending by your self ;D ;D

I find scantily clad women way more appealing than naked ones.
-
Ya, to a point. It does help to exercise the imagination sometimes!

Yes defenitly those in 50s vintage lingerie. I think a full clothed lady can be sexier than a
naked one
