Title: FST carburetors
Post by: 475fetoploader on February 09, 2021, 11:06:42 PM
Does anyone have experience with FST carburetors? They look pretty nice on paper, I’ve never put one in my hand though.

I haven't personally tried one, but one of my buddies who owns the dyno I use is close to the owner (former Quick Fuel guy).  They did a dyno day to test a handful of carbs and their best carb was down in power to a custom QFT that Scott Perkins builds.

That’s good to know.  I believe I may have talked myself out of the low riser 2x4 on my pickup 461.  So I’ve been looking at what to do intake/carb wise.  An RPM and 750/850 would probably be the most practical.  The FST peaked my interest though.
