Title: What is Diameter of stock rocker shaft

Can't find anywhere the diameter of a ford rocker shaft. Googled, looked..........>>>>>>

The shaft O.D. spec, along with the rocker I.D spec and the clearance is listed in the various Ford shop manuals. There is a tiny difference over the years, but very close ( and Brent nailed it ), for example the 1958 Ford shop manual lists the shaft O.D as 0.840”-0.841”, the 1968 Ford shop manual lists it as 0.839”-0.840”.

My old OEM shaft measured at .8392 where as my new POPs heavy duty shafts came in at .8405.
My adj. rockers were aprox. .844
