Can anyone confirm this block number?

Supposedly a 1963 mercury 390. Probably nothing fancy, but I’m looking at it tomorrow. I always go investigate just Incase. I couldn’t find this number online.

It's at least a '64 and earlier block with the two-bolt motor mount.
