Title: Will Anyone Help Out With A 1923 Cadillac 314 Engine?
Post by: chris401 on September 01, 2020, 12:04:08 PM
The owner of a local machine shop passed away before the engine was finished. Told his grandson I would pick around online looking for some specs on the cam, distributor timing and carburetor initial setup. Hopefully the photos will help jog a dusty memory or lead me to some documentation.
Thank's,

Cool engine!  I'd recommend that you ask here: https://forums.aaca.org/forum/46-cadillac-lasalle/ (https://forums.aaca.org/forum/46-cadillac-lasalle/)

Thank's for the link. I am waiting to hear back from him on a few details. Accoring to what I have found this could be a Type 63 or 61. This reminds me of what I liked about an independent shop over a dealership. Always something different and it has to be right when it leaves. Mr. McIntosh had that reputation.
