Title: 74 f100 stall

So I need to pull the engine on my 74 f100 due to a twisted oil pump shaft. Thinking about a convertor change while in there. Any one have an opinion on these https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hup-35-20 (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hup-35-20)

Shop truck use. Running for parts, hauling stuff around, running errands. Maybe its not worth it idk.
