Title: What Is Pressurized Lifters ?
Post by: 427HISS on July 24, 2020, 04:25:20 PM
I've read a little bit on this type of lifters, saying that their better than having only a oil hole, and oiled with only splashes, so how are they Pressurized ?

An oil passage is added in the lifter body to direct oil from the lifter gallery at the needles in the roller wheel.= pressurized lifters

That.  Only way to fly these days.  I run some Howerd solid rollers, 4th year in service under 600 lbs open springs, no problems.
