My guess 770 lb full of oil & ATF, or 745 lb dry.

Thanks Werby. I've put it in whole before but never with a GV hanging off it. Still have engine bay prep to do but need to find a suitable crane for the task. Cheers.

The engine should be about 500 pounds with the aluminum heads and water pump. The GVOD itself weighs about 38 pounds, and another 10-12 for the C-6 tailshaft housing. So add in the weight of the trans and you will have the number. Offhand though I don't know what a C-6 weighs...

Most C-6's weigh about 198-202 lbs., if memory serves. I think Werby is close. Joe-JDC

Joe is right, with a converter a C6 is knocking around 180-190. No converter 140 ish. I have the number somewhere.
